Need of the Course
Businesses leading with a linear economic model are primarily focusing on profit maximization which results in environmental degradation and adverse social impacts. However, it is no longer sustainable in nature in the current times as the world is grappling with climate change and its adverse impacts. In order to address this issue, business operations need to adopt sustainable business practices. Moreover, with an increase in the awareness of corporate social responsibility and prevalence of more transparency in business affairs, companies are recognizing the urgent need to act sustainably and lead with a purpose.
This advanced certificate program deals with the long-term value creation, impact and outcome of sustainable business strategy which can be carried out in big corporations, SMEs or an aspiring professional/ practitioner/ entrepreneur.
The course uses the most relevant and updated research, experience, case studies, hands-on assignments that helps to alleviate the sustainability journey to the next level.

Batch Timing
This programme is of 6 months duration having 60 Instructional Hours with a few sessions exclusively conducted in workshop format. The batch is starting from 1st February 2025 onwards. Class timings - Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am to 9:30am

The sessions will be offered during weekends in online live (Synchronous) mode

The learning methodology will include interactive Sessions/lectures by experts from the industry, Q/A, discussion, case studies, expert learning.

The course pack comprising power points, original research, learning aids, reading materials etc. will be provided to each participant
Assessment & Certification
The participants will be assessed on the basis of assignments and final exam. The assignments will have 50% and final exam will have 50% weightage.
Upon successful completion of the programme, the participants will be awarded with “Certificate of Success” jointly by All India Management Association and Sustainable Advancements
