Second Specialisation for PGDM and PGDITM students
The students of PGDM / PGDITM can opt for a second specialisation subject to the following required conditions.
For second specialisation in the same programme, student has to take one extra module of specialisation.
- A student may apply for second specialisation within the maximum time limit for PGDM / PGDITM programme.
- The procedure will be same as that of the normal progression.
- The fee for additional second specialisation module will be charged as per the existing fee for the programme.
- Attendance norms will be same as all previous modules (50% attendance is compulsory in all subjects for the second specialisation module).
- Submission of project report is not mandatory.
For PGDM Students (New PGDM Course Code B1/B2)
- Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 25000/26000 /- for the second specialisation.
- A student should clear all the papers of Module-3 with minimum MGPA of 2.67 and should have progressed to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialisation.
For PGDM Students (Course Code 80 / 75 / 42 / P1 / T1)
- Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 19000/25000/25000 /- for the second specialisation.
- A student should clear all the papers of Module-3 with minimum MGPA of 2.67 and should have progressed to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialisation.
For PGDITM Students (New PGDITM programme Course Code 41)
- Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 22000/- for the second specialisation.
- A student should clear all the papers of Module-3 with minimum MGPA of 2.67 and should have progressed to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialisation.
For PGDITM Students (New PGDITM programme Course Code 05)
- Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 30000/- for the second specialisation.
- A student should clear all the papers of Module-3 with minimum MGPA of 2.67 and should have progressed to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialisation.
For PGDITM Students (Old PGDITM programme Course Code 29 / 44)
- Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 19000/- for the second specialisation.
- A student should clear all the papers up to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialisation.
- Students from old PGDITM programme shall be eligible for the specialisations available in the old programme structure only with the old fee of Rs.19000/- till any further revision.
Project Work in case of second specialisation
A student shall submit only one project in any one of the specialisations opted. The specialisation in which the project will be submitted shall be treated as major specialisation and the other as minor.
